What if the security deposit does not cover all repairs?
With Arrignton Rentals best efforts, we will try to retrieve what
is owed. If not, we will send the tenants account to collections and it will be
reflected on their credit history.
What forms of payment can I use?
Arrington Rentals does not Accept CASH, Payments can be made by
Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, or you can set up an
Allotment/Bill Pay or set up an Account on our Online Portal.
What is included under ‘normal wear and tear’?
Normal wear and tear includes anything that can be damaged by
normal usage such as minor marks on the walls, faded paint, toilet flappers,
carpet being worn out (not damaged).
How is your Property Maintenance Repairs done?
All maintenance and repairs is contracted out through different vendors within the area. Arrington Rentals does not have their own maintenance team, we do have preferred vendors.
Can I use my own tech?
You are more than welcome to use your own tech. However we would
need to a copy of the receipt in order to know when the repairs have been
completed.
When can I expect the security deposit to be credited back to me?
It can take up to 30 - 60 days to receive the security deposit
back.
How often is each property inspected to ensure everything is
functioning well?
We perform inspections prior to the tenants taking possession of
the property and once upon move-out to ensure the property is returned in the
same condition as they took possession. For any reason an Owner wants an
Inspection done on their property the tenant(s) will be given a 48 hr. notice. If
Arrington Rentals deems a property needs to be inspected the tenant(s) will be
given a 48 hr. notice.
What is the process to transfer from one unit to another with
Arrington Rentals?
You will need to give a 30 day notice, schedule a move-out
Inspection on your current property. For the new property you will be transferring
to you will pay the deposit, rent/prorated rent, and set up a move-in
Inspection.
